Technical description of the modular house 40-2
MAIN STRUCTURE:
- exterior wall insulation – 200 mm mineral wool + 12 mm wood fiber board + wind and moisture protection membrane;
- floor insulation – starting from 250 mm mineral wool + 12 mm wood fiber board + wind and moisture protection membrane;
- roof insulation – starting from 250 mm mineral wool + 12 mm wood fiber board + wind and moisture protection membrane;
- partition wall insulation (soundproofing) – 100 mm;
- structure – 200mm.
EXTERNAL FINISH:
- wooden cladding;
- metal window sills, rain gutters, downspouts;
- metal roofing.
INTERNAL FINISH:
- fully completed.
WINDOWS AND EXTERNAL DOORS:
- PVC windows, openable;
- fixed or showcase type windows;
- PVC doors with glass, lockable.
ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION:
- built-in cables to sockets and light fixtures;
- distribution box with automatic switches;
- preparation for facade lighting;
- interior lights.
WC:
- with fully completed interior finishing.
WATER AND SEWAGE:
- built-in water supply;
- water and sewage outlets to the house foundation.
VENTILATION:
- is equipped with a ventilation.
TERRACE:
- terrace with a roof (dimensions: 10.5×2.01m). Price is €424/m² (including VAT).
Additionally, by agreeing on costs (the items listed below are not included in the building price!):
- the building can be equipped with radiators, a heat pump, and a fireplace, etc.;
- WC can be equipped with shower cabin, shower set, toilet, electric water heater, etc.;
- LWDcnc offers the possibility to build the entire kitchen equipment.

We can manufacture the building in our LWDcnc factory or directly on-site.
In addition, factory-made buildings are delivered fully finished and ready for use.
During production, we regularly inform the customer about the progress of the work.
However, the price does NOT INCLUDE transportation, preparation of the foundation, and installation.
Finally, delivery and installation costs are negotiated individually.
