• the sauna room accommodates up to 8 people;
• the sauna room is constructed with thermal wood;
• tiled floor;
• adjustable air supply in the sauna room (ventilation hatch);
• special sauna window, 40x40cm, operable;
• wood-burning stove, fueled from the anteroom (can also be fueled from the sauna room) (wood, briquettes);
• the stove has a water tank on the chimney, 45L (providing hot water when heating the sauna);
• two-tiered thermal wood benches with backrests for comfortable seating;
• benches arranged in an L design;
• the sauna room features lighting (1 sauna lamp);
• bronze tinted glass door to the sauna;
• water drainage trap;
• insulated chimney with a damper and roof.

Shower room specifications:

• size: 0.9m x 0.9m;
• electric water heater;
• shower tray with shower set;
• lighting (1 lamp);
• adjustable air supply (1 ventilation vent);
• tiled walls;
• water drainage trap;
• water pipes with outlets to the building’s foundations;
• shower curtains (can be replaced with a tempered bronze glass door instead of curtains; for an additional fee).

ADDITIONAL OPTIONS

By placing a custom order and agreeing on the costs, the insulated modular house with sauna can be equipped with:

1. more windows (various types and sizes available);
2. heat pump (price depends on the client’s choice of heat pump);
3. fireplace (price depends on the client’s choice of fireplace);
4. install LED strip lighting under the sauna benches with 7-color changing modes and various lighting effects.

Notes!

We will manufacture it within 2-6 weeks from order confirmation. Specifically, manufacturing begins upon receiving the first installment payment for the order.
During production, we will regularly inform the customer about the progress of the work.
The price does NOT INCLUDE transportation, foundation preparation, or installation.
We deliver and install ready-made buildings.
Additionally, we will arrange transportation individually.
